Policies & Details
Booking
A $200 non-refundable retainer + signed contract secures your date. Final balance is due 14 days before your event.
Cancellations
Date changes made 30+ days in advance at no charge (subject to availability). Cancellations forfeit the retainer.
Wi-Fi & Sharing
Instant text/email sharing requires venue Wi-Fi. If unavailable, all photos are queued and sent within 24 hours post-event.
Power & Space
We need one standard 110V grounded outlet within 25 feet. Booth footprint is approx. 8ft × 8ft with backdrop.
Outdoor Events
Outdoor setups require a covered, weather-protected area.
Copyright
You retain full copyright to all photos taken at your event. We may share a few samples on social media unless you opt out.
